Ranging from 1-2 night tours your will experience the remanence of early logging operations, the dark past of gold mining in the region, ruggedness of the Great Divide and panoramic views from some of the highest vehicle accessible points in the region.
The 1st day of the tour is fully catered with morning tea, lunch and a slow cooked meal over the fire at the determined camp for the night.
Tours include optional short walks to waterfalls and through forgotten forests and even the opportunity to try your luck panning for gold.
Overnight tours traverse between primary logging roads and paths less travelled, 4x4 experience is required and not for 1st timers.
What you need to bring: Everything you would normally bring for a weekend camp, some tours are off road camper trailer friendly but not recommended. If you would like to bring your camper along contact us prior to booking to confirm suitability.
